My favorite chocolate is the candy I make for Easter or Christmas.  I buy Peterson Ultimate and melt it down into candy molds for my grandchildren.  My husband started me making this and rest his soul he knew his chocolate.

I love Lindt's hazelnut and pistachio truffles.

But, as they say, chocolate is like sex: great chocolate is wonderful, but even when it's not great, it's still pretty good. smile

"Divine" dark chocolate with dried raspberries is also yummy.  (Divine is a brand of fair trade chocolate sold in the UK.)  Green & Blacks organic chocolate is gorgeous too.

I've tried to adopt a "quality, not quantity" approach to chocolate so that I don't end up eating too much of it.  It works, most of the time...

Melted Milky Way, eat it with a spoon.  Have to be careful to get the chocolate all nice and soft, without boiling the nuggat out the top.  Microwave about 60 seconds, on 40% power and watch it!
