    I don't know the answer, yet I am a happy with choices and preparation at Farmer Boys. I like it because they offer breakfast all hours. The Denver omelet is great.

    I think Whole Foods has great prepared foods, at their buffet stand, and also in their hot foods section.

    I don't think your choices at a chain restaurant will be better than what you can prepare at home or buy from the deli area in a grocery store.  Anything that's been cooked in a restaurant has a lot of oil, butter, salt, and sugar added.  You can get a salad at most places, but it's more expensive than buying a salad in a store.

      very true.  but there are times when a restaurant is more convenient.  one of my family members is being veyr careful of his diet at the moment, so wanted to find some more diet friendly restaurants for when i go out to eat with the family.
