What was the best dish you tasted at thanksgiving his year
This year, it was the turkey. I've been trying for several years to get a well-cooked turkey with tender breast-meat that is not overcooked and dry, and will slice in thin slices. I heard about packing ice on the breast at the beginning of cooking, but that broke my electronically-controlled oven. So, this year, I packed the breast with dry ice - wonders!
I nailed my grandmother's stuffing this year and was as proud as a peacock!! It was delicious...and the turkey itself was moist and yummy
