Yes, you absolutely can. I am assuming that you are cooking the tofu with other ingredients.
If you are using silken tofu, add it later as it is very delicate and you don't want it to break up. If you are using firm tofu or fried firm tofu pieces, add them early on. They won't break up as easily and the slow cooking will ensure that they absorb all the flavours of the other ingredients.
Foodstuff gave you the correct answer: of course you can. It is like any other source of protein, so if you are adding it to stir fry, or soup or whatever, just put it in and cook away. You will most definitely want to cook it with other ingredients. Good luck.
