What are some meals that go a long way?
Things like spaghetti, etc....looking for more ideas.
Usually, anything pasta with stretch far like lasagna or macaroni and cheese. Additionally, one-pot wonders usually can feed an army. Think soups, stews and chili. If you have the time, big meats like turkey, ham, pot roast, etc. can be stretched to feed a lot, as well as turning leftovers into new meals for the next day. Hope the ideas help!
Here's a hub that I wrote up about my favorite dish (if you like Persian food). It's a rice dish so it's in line with what you're looking for.

fried rice, definitely. Never fails to please my whole family. Lots of variations and any ingredients you can find in your fridge, left-overs, just dump them in.
