What is your all-time favourite Pumpkin recipe (sweet or savory)?

What pleasant memories do you have around this particular pumpkin recipe?  Do you cook/bake it yourself?

I use Mom's secret recipe. Okay, that's a little white lie. I use the recipe on the can of Libby's pumpkin pie filling. That's my all time favorite.

I created and make a Pumpkin Three Bean Chili that my family and friends LOVE! I recently published it as a Hub that you can find on my profile page. Please let me know what you think when you see it and/or make it. I'm going to publish a few other "pumpkin" recipes soon. I love to create healthy recipes and love to cook even more.

We love pumpkin pie of course, but my other favorite thing to do is roast the pumpkin seeds.  I roast them with a bit of garlic butter and salt or you can go sweet and roast them with butter and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon when they come out of the oven.  yum.

I Love love LOVE a good pumpkin roll. The kind with a more whipped cream cheese frosting on the inside. I used to have a co-worker that would bring them in every fall because it was her father's famous recipe but she would never share what it is. I haven't quite mastered it...yet. I also make a wicked glazed pumpkin bread made from actual pumpkins I cut up, bake, and add my own seasonings. I get friends and family who beg for a loaf every season.

I like making my mom's scrumptious sweet potato pie and substituting in at least half pumpkin to the sweet potoatoes or yams.

mmm... scrumptious is the word alright!  Thank you for sharing your fave pumpkin-sweet potato/yam pie!  Did you Mom write out the recipe or did you learn it from making it alongside her?

I like both pumpkin and sweet potato pie. I'll have to try blending them this way.

Definitely sweet! Savory is interesting, but sweet appeals to most people around the table.
