I'm planning a blog on cooking 1 day to create 1 month of food for a family of 4. Suggestions?
When I was working (more than) full time and had a family I would devote 1 day a month to do a month's worth of cooking. I think many families could benefit from some instructions on this. I prepared meatloaf, spaghetti sauce, etc. Would love to hear ideas, feedback on this concept, etc.

As a suggestion, I think your readers could benefit from tips on how to keep motivated. I know that, from my own experiences, I'm just not interested in making so many dishes and I get discouraged after it takes so long to make all the waffles (the waffles were supposed to be just the beginning)!
Wow! That will be an interesting blog. Since it will be a lot of recipes and tips it would be helpful to have a super simple organized version of the recipes (perhaps categorized by protein?) along with longer posts of pictures, tips, and honest reflections. Best wishes!!!
