Three sources of guidance of Muslims

    Hi friends

We Muslims have three sources of Guidance:

    1.    The first and the foremost source of Guidance is Quran authored by the Creator-God Allah YHWH, on the heart of Muhammad and it was memorized as soon as it was revealed by Muhammad and his companions. As an auxiliary measure it was also written down by the scribes as dictated by Muhammad. It was complete before the death of Muhammad. Quran has reached us in its pristine form in human memorized form and in writing also; both supporting one another. The verses of Quran provide claims and reasons in the context of it for which at least five preceding and five following verses must be referred to; in this way Quran explains everything itself and is a complete system in itself; and it needs no extraneous support.

    2.    The Second source of Guidance is Sunnah. There were teachings in Quran which needed demonstration by the Prophet; so Muhammad demonstrated those teachings with his actions and set his followers on this. As is evident from the above, the Sunnah and Quran existed together and supported one another.

    3.    Hadith is what Muhammad said but it was not recorded in the life of Muhammad but was written and collected after 250/300 years of his death; and hence it derives its authenticity if it agrees with Quran and Sunnah and don’t’ differ with them. If Hadith states something which has not been mentioned in the Quran expressly or Sunnah or differs with them; and it cannot be interpreted in any way to agree with Quran then it must be discarded and thrown in the waste paper basket.

So, I believe in all the above stated three sources of guidance in the above sense.

    Thanks

        Hi friend Greek One

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad's advent has taken place as an caliph/spiritual successor of Muhammad; you know peaceful caliphate/successorship is a permanent institution of Islam as mentioned in Quran:

[24:55] Say, ‘Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger.’ But if you turn away, then upon him is his burden, and upon you is your burden. And if you obey him, you will be rightly guided. And the messenger is not responsible but for the plain delivery of the Message.
[24:56] Allah has promised to those among you who believe and do good works that He will surely make them Successors in the earth, as He made Successors from amongthose who were before them; and that He will surely establish for them their religion which He has chosen for them; and that He will surely give them in exchange securityand peace after their fear: They will worship Me, and they will not associate anything with Me. Then whoso is ungrateful after that, they will be the rebellious.
[24:57] And observe Prayer and give the Zakat and obey the Messenger, that you may be shown mercy.

so he brought no new guidance?

            Hi friend Greek One

You are right there; as Jesus was the follower of Moses and Jesus brought no new guidance except the mythical creeds invented by Paul and ascribed to Jesus. Mirza Ghulam Ahmad 1835-1908 has brought no new guidance and follows Quran being the Promised Messiah, Imam Mahdi and Reformer of all Revealed Religions in the End Times.

              Just 2 questions...

              1. what did Mirza actually reformed?

              2. How can you call him a reformer when most of the world doesnt even know his name & most of the muslims call him imposter?

                Hi friend Rishy Rich

He restored the lost balance of all the religions including Islam. He emphasized  moderation and convincing  others with arguments and reason. All scriptures of the revealed religions being from one source of the Creator-God Allah YHWH,naturally merge in Quran as do  all the truthful founders of religions naturally merge into the rational and peaceful character of Muhammad. Mirza Ghulam Ahmad also emphasized that there is no real difference between the Science- Work of God and religion the Word of God.

                Thanks

Look, Im not talking literature & not interested in poetry. So be specific!! Just answer these following questions with reasons (not poetry):

                  1. what lost balance he restored actually? you just said '...he restored lost balance of all religions Including Islam'. That means your sect thinks Islam (sunni, shia etc.) is also misguided & lost, right?

                  2. What moderation he talked about? How did it help us or you to better yourself from other muslims?

                  3. Whom did Mirza convinced with arguments & reason (except your sect)? Can you show me some factual data which talks about his winning arguments?

                  4. Mahdi or Jesus is supposed to be a famous worldwide leader. To be frank, none of us heard of himself before you showed up in hubpages. How can you consider him a great Reformer when he couldnt reform his own nation? When he couldnt convert the huge number of hindus & turn in into a muslim country?

                    Hi friend Rishy Rich

The Muslims have not lost the original text of Quran; it is there in the pristine form; they (Shias, Sunnis etc) only lost its truthful meaning; other religions like Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus; they lost the original Word and also the meaning with it. They don't have the systems of claims and reasons intact in their scriptures.

If they follow Quran where their scriptures have naturally got merged; their scriptures get the system revived again.

                    Thanks

There is little difference in both of these tomes.

They are both psychotic and filled with hate for their own sky fairy's creations, both written by sexist old goat herders from repeated stories from thousands of years before either of them and based on previous beliefs that were almost as crazy. smile

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad though he proved with his brilliant arguments the truth of Quran on ally mythical and illogical creeds of Skeptics and other corrupted religions; but he himself told that he is sowing a seed which will accomplish as a glowing tree of Light in 300 years in the whole world. His message has spread very peacefully in almost 200 countries in just one hundred years; and it will spread to the whole earth as destined by the Creator-God Allah YHWH.

While we disagree with what Jesus taught (since you want to pick and chose which parts of the bible you beleve in) it's interesting to know that you admitt that you follow someone who brought nothing new to the world at all.

it seems that the differece between Ahmad him and Ronald McDonald is that at least you can get an order of fries when you go to vist the later's temple (and that his congrigation, being over 1 billion served, has far more converts than your guy).

I'm sorry but you seem to be making the point that all Muslims are terrorists and falling into extremism, and that only the Qadiani are 'true' Muslims. This is wholly fabrication.

Perhaps you should enlighten those who regularly read your posts that no Muslim group, whether they be Sunni, Shia, Ibadhi or whatever recognise the Ahmadiyyah as Muslims because of the perversion in Islamic doctrine spouted by your founder, Mirza Ahmad. On the fundamentals the Qadiani repudiate, distort and deny a number of points within Islamic theology which to any Muslim, which the Ahmadiyyah are not, is anathema.

Actually brother no you are not Muslim according to them - as the Muslim Ummah, who state you are not Muslim are acting on the Shariah ie the Qur'an and Sunnah which have come to us form Allah (swt) and the Prophet Muhammad (saw).

So it is not mere men that are saying you are not Muslim, the two sources of Islamic law (i.e Allah (swt) and Muhammad (saw) ) are saying you are not Muslim.

Also, when the Amman Message gathered together the most prominent Muslim scholars in the world to actually finally define who was a Muslim based on the Qur'an and Sunnah, do you not think it odd that the Ahmadiyya were not asked to participate? Why was that? Because the Qur'an and Sunnah clearly state who is and who is not a Muslim, and sorry bud but your fringe group don't make the cut!

I've never heard of Mirza or Mahdi so since they haven't any influence on Christians, they're not really important to us.  As for muslims they seem to still fight a lot amongst themselves.  Christians do too but not to the extent that you guys are still.

      Hi friend  Flightkeeper
He is one person, no many, who is the Promised Messiah or Jesus in Second Coming and Imam Mahdi. His name is Mirza Ghulam Ahmad 1835-1908. You may Google for him; now that he has come, Jesus is not going to come, so it is important for the Christians.
      Thanks
I am an Ahmadi peaceful Muslim
