I decide to try searching hubpages instead of google for some subjects, and found I was getting as good if not better advice by using hubpages as my search instead of google.

This shows the amount of advice and knowledge that is available on hubpages.Thank you fellow hubbers

    Google.

But if I notice a hub in the search results I will check it out over and above other sites.

There is little so exciting for a Hub Pages writer to generate excitement quicker than seeing your Hub on Google's first page. Except maybe for a $100 adsense day like Misha advertised.

out of habit I google, and sometimes find a HP article at the top of the search. I think many of the top google searches are pure garbage, nothing but 'article' writing full of - yes, google ads.
      [not talking about HP articles]
then I find myself searching HP. the wealth of information here is astonishing. smile  go hubbers!

I still Google it, because Google is massive, however I do bookmark some quality Hubpages that may have to be read a few more times to absorb the information...Hubpages is amazing, that's why I've stuck with it so long....

you never know who's here. there are some very intelligent people writing hubs. I've read some hubs from one of the physicists working at CERN's Hadron Collider.
