YOU THINK YOU CAN DEPEND ON ME
YOU ONLY CALL ME WHEN YOU WANT SOMETHING
YOU CALL ME TO BUY YOU SOME CIG.
YOU CALL ME TO BRING OUR GRANDCHILD OVER
YOU CALL ME JUST TO TELL ME
    YOU STILL LOVE ME
YOU THINK I AM A DAMN FOOL
YOU WANT ME TO STOP THE DIVORCE
    BEFORE IT BECOME FINALLY
YOU ASK ME TO DO SOMETHING
    WITH YOU
YOU BAGG ME TO DO STUFF FOR YOU
YOU THINK I LOVE YOU SO MUCH
THAT I DO ANYTHING FOR YOU
GUESS WHAT THAT LOVE IS GONE
I DONT LOVE YOU NO MORE
I WISH I NEVER MET YOU
    I CAN'T STAND YOU
    YOU ARE TO JEALOUS
YOU EVEN JEALOUS OF MY KIDS
    BUT THAT OK

I'm like you, getting calls only for favors,
attracting losers wanting to sleep on my couch,
getting invited over to help move,
being fed only to be asked for money.
I'm sought out to buy something from them
as a client being done a speacial service
as they brag about how they convinced
me to pay them to be my source.
But I'm on to their scheme and don't know
when I'm getting paid and I'm too busy to
allow him in to fool me into helping to start
his car at 6:00 AM. She calls me in
between drinks, but my time is taken by
enough common sense to avoid a drunk
looking for a desperate lover to cart her
around from bar to bar with her jail bird
son who needs a place to live for a while
until he can contrive a plan to rob a store
or bank or steal from me to support
his habit. I'm not a fool, needing losers
to mooch from me, calling me buddy or
      baby.

Your poetry is very thought provoking.  I hope you do write a few hubs about it smile.

Hi PTaylor.  Why don't you make a Hub with your poems instead of posting them on the forums?

One more thing, using ALL CAPS is not advisable smile

I think the caps are very effective.

Not everyone feels the same smile

Uppercase posts are considered as SHOUTING in today's internet language.

That's funny, I scarcely hear a thing.  Furthermore, poetry is ART and we should celebrate free expression in that context, even if it entails "shouting."

I agree with you weblog, you still have the right to share information.  Yes, all caps is considered shouting online and you were just pointing this out.  Not sure why some people are being so defensive about it.
