        you don't know? wow!!

your hub and forum posts are already published elsewhere in the net. If you are copying your work still you are harming yourself.

        check it http://hubpages.com/faq/#duplicate_content

This is my first day on this site.  Are you saying I am not allowed to post a hub and ask the same question in a Forum?

            welcome to hubpages. smile

Sorry, if I was harsh to you.

If you publish same content in multiple places all your good work will go in vain. Both Google and hubpages will penalize you. So its not a good idea. If you want backlink create a short description about the hub and link back to it.

Explain... What am I doing wrong?  Everything is my own work so what is the issues with asking the same question in a Forum.  I though this was a separate area for debate?

You make it sound as if I have committed some serious criminal offence and I wish to stay on the straight and narrow.

Ahhh!  Just saw your earlier reply.  I will tread more carefully and observe the rules a bit better going forward.

Hi Jefsaid.  Welcome to Hubpages.  Like any other place, there are some rules for members to observe.  Your original post is really too long to be here in the forums.  If it is a hub, then you can't post it in the forums like an advertisement.  The only place that you can post a hub is in the Extreme Makeover section because you want advice and for people to critique it.  And saleheen is right, only original content is accepted at Hubpages.  The work may be yours, but if it is published elsewhere, you can't put it in your hubs because it is considered duplicate content.

Thanks Saleheensblog and Flightkeeper!  When you say published elsewhere, do you mean on other sites?  I have recently decided to flex my writing skills and thoughts on-line and I am at an experimenting stage with different sites.  I have tried out VideoJug and now hubpages so I have lifted my pieces from one to the other.

Physically, it's a matter of stress.

Carrying a heavy load, stresses the body. This applies both literally and figuratively.

Some forms of happiness are spiritual. These can result in epiphany or spiritual revelation. And, at times, this can result in a "lightness" which is entirely non-physical -- a floating above the physical. Sometimes this occurs with physical trauma and/or drugs, as in during surgery. But sometimes this can occur merely by a spiritual realization. This happened to me once. Seeing without physical eyes proved to be just as clear as with my human pair. And I felt the lightest I've ever felt -- in fact, floating in air.
