How much from hubpages ad program

   Its too early to tell. According to Hubpages, this is kind of a trial to see what works and what doesn't, before it is rolled out to everyone. There will be tweaking to the system no doubt, and early ad income is going to be unreliable.
   
   I have seen my own adsense take a dip since joining the program - is it due to the new ads competing with the standard google adsense?, a change in position of the ads? or is it just that the Google algorithm change has knocked out my adsense income, regardless of any change? Who knows. The Algorithm change has made it a little too difficult to tell anything with any degree of certainty.
   
   What I do know is that with only 3 days stats, its far to early to make any judgement on the new program, and to be able to tell whether its better, worse or just the same.
   
   If you have an invite, join up and see how it goes. If you haven't, sit back and earn on your own adsense income, your time will come soon enough.
   
   As for spending time following the forums rather than doing any writing and releasing new hubs, that certainly isn't making any more money. Back to writing unique content methinks, its certainly not earning me any adsense income/new Ad income whilst its just in my head!!

   I found the invite linked in my junk folder, so I am now signed up.
   
   It is early days yet, be if the eCPM is anything to go by it is going to be above average for me (assuming it doesn't detract from Amazon/eBay sales too much).

   For me, so far (5 days), it delivers around 50% of my AdSense.  In other words it should more than make up for losses from the big G slap. I'm very happy so far - also earnings seem fairly consistent from day to day.

   A better questions is: How much revenue does HubPages Ad Program generate compared to how much Google Adsense revenue is lost? The one thing I really notice is that Google takes it on the chin. The difficult issue remains the recent Google dance (Farmer algo change). Comparing results will have to wait until things settle down. Then, testing results with and without the program should give solid answers. It will also be interesting to test Amazon results, too.

      Interestingly, I would have said one thing to you about a week ago, but since the program was rolled out to more users, my earnings patterns from the new ads have changed.  So now all I can say is that I'm going to have to watch them at least until the end of March before formulating a reply.

   That is a very cryptic reply. But I look forward to your future analyis. The fact that the inclusion of other users is affecting you is interesting. Especially since this first round only includes 500 of the many hubbers.
   
   I have actually been wondering if this would affect the quality of the adsense ads served to both participants and non-participants.

    I am making something from Hubpages Ad program but nothing from Adsense in the last few days. I am hoping my Adsense earnings improve soon.
