Manage Groups Problem

I hope I can describe this problem I'm having-here goes.

When I go to the 'Manage Groups' page, after I've assigned each hub to its category, I am unable to click on the 'save' button.  I can click on the 'collapse all' or 'expand all'.  Then if I try to proceed somewhere else, a pop-up appears that instructs me to click on a 'cancel' button, then to click on the "submit button under the drag canvas".
    Umm, what??
Firstly, I see no 'cancel' option, no 'submit' button, either.  All I really want to do is save the changes I've made, but again, I can't click on 'save'.
Secondly, what the heck is a 'drag canvas'?
I really hope this makes sense!
    Thanks.

    Hey, lorlie6.

This may be a stupid answer hmm - or a stupid question about your question, anyway - but did you actually click on the "save" button?  My reason for asking is that I've noticed it behaves differently from other Save buttons.  That is, the cursor arrow changes from an arrow to the I-beam sign, which looks like it is no longer operating as a functional cursor (but rather only like a place-holder).  But you still can click it and it will Save the changes.  That is something that I have noticed often, but I've never commented on it before.  The first times it happened, I assumed it was broken, and I almost didn't even try to click on it.  It's just the sign that's broken, not the actual function - at least in my case.

So, I thought I would ask about that before suggesting anything else to try.

EDIT - Okay, Jason says there really is a bug.  Maybe while they are checking it they will check into the cursor problem I've noticed. smile

It does that for me, too, Aficionada, but clicking the button still works. Not sure why.

Hmmm.... have you tried with a different browser? That certainly sounds like a bug, but while engineering figures out the problem and rectifies it, maybe you could still do the Grouping you wanted to do.

In order to help the engineering team replicate the problem, could you let me know your browser version and platform? (You can email me if you like)

Sorry for my late reply, folks-diapers to change, etc., for this new granny!  Well, I'll be, after I read Aficionada's post, I gave it a shot and lo and behold, it worked!  Still the I-beam sign, though.  Mighty odd, but I'm glad I kept the tab open! smile

Jason, rather than reveal my computer ignorance publicly, I'll send you that email. smile

Yay - Glad it worked!  and congrats on the new little one.  Have you posted pics anywhere?  Have fun with grandbaby.  I've heard they are even more fun than our own kids were.

Oh, and I do hope they will look into that I-beam thing, even though it works.  It's very confusing, I think.
