The Greeks as well as the Pagans know why gods need worshipers. They feed on worship. That's why the Christian god wants worshipers and threatens anyone who doesn't worship him with eternal torture.

Let it be resolved that we kill these parasites. Starve them to death.

Since I've never seen one I assume we have succeeded for the most part. But I suspect that the Christian god was just a fantasy. So tell us who has tried to starve your god to death for thousands of years?  lol... I think you jumped the gun on your answer. I've never heard of a starve the gods movement before I suggested it.

He would do well not to walk out in front of my car.

Sudden unexplained brake failure could become a god destroying act of god. smile

Someone told me once I should try to impress the fundamentalists so I get through to them. So I bought a steam roller. I call it my impresser. If we can find god and get him to stand still for a minute, wanna ride shot gun? lol...

That reminds me of an easter joke I forgot to tell at easter. Jesus walks into a hotel, throws three nails down on the counter and says: "Can you put me up for the night?"

I completely pointless and meaningless OP which intention is to just pi*s people off rather than start an intelligent discsusion. If as an athiest you wish your view to be taken seriously stop being a complete arse and post something that demonstrates your ability to think.

I used to find these types of threads offensive; but in many ways he's right. The fundamental approach to Christianity needs a jump start to extinction. Those such as yourself; whose faith is the product of thoughtful reflection on an intelligent study of the scriptures are drowned out by all of the voices screaming insanity.

just_curious is correct, as always. Your sensibilities are collateral damage in a conflict you have little to nothing to do with.

Well, Is it the non-existent gods that are parasites or is it the people who live with that?
