Here is a reader's comment from the Wall Street Journal on Obama's speech
about Bin Laden. I thought it was worth passing along to you.
Notice how narrowly Obama framed the conflict: only a war against al Qaeda,
and nothing more. Not a mention of the Islamic ideology which motivated bin
Laden and his millions of supporters throughout the Moslem world. Obama lied
when he said that "Bin Laden was not a Muslim leader." Just recently, a
reputable poll of attitudes in the Muslim world indicated that more than 130
MILLION Moslems viewed Bin Laden favorably! Not a leader? Today's WSJ
reports that the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood condemned our assassination of
Bin Laden. This is the same Muslim Brotherhood which Obama has been
supporting, and about which Obama and his henchman, Clapper, said is a
largely secular organization, and which is about to exercise power in Egypt
in order to promote its goals of a sharia state.
Bin Laden always justified his violence by quoting from the sacred Islamic
texts of the Koran and the sayings of Muhammad. That is why al Qaeda and
numerous similar non-al Qaeda Moslem organizations have been so enormously
popular throughout the Moslem world. Remember all the TV images of Moslems
dancing when they heard about 9/11!? The ideology of world jihad against the
non-Moslem world was not concocted by Bin Laden. It has been part and parcel
of the sacred doctrines of Islam ever since the time of Muhammad nearly 1400
years ago. And, it is not going away with the death of Bin Laden. Obama
assures us that we are not and never will be at war with Islam. Well, HELLO!
Islam, in the Koran, declared war on all non-Moslems. Allah, in the Koran,
says that non-Moslems are subhuman enemies and that Muslims must make war
against them. So, whether we like it or not, whether we want it or not, we
are their enemies because their holy texts say that we are. When will Obama
and the rest of our leaders start telling the truth about the enemy we are
facing?
Oly doesn't write. He just cross-posts wingnut drivel which we used to refute factually, but generally we can ignore.
That's because Oly has a record number of posts with zero comments.
I am glad to see that, Doug is not one to ignore me. I will get a Hub out in time.
I have been looking for reading, GOOD Reading, and not much out there for us to discuss.
Everything is Political BS right now.
I see that a few of the runners in the up and coming 2012 Election had a debate yesterday and that turned into a Obama Bashing session.
The Election in 2012 will turn out to be the biggest Three Ring Circus in History, so far.
Well, that's all for now.

Okay, I know this probably isn't that big of a deal to some folks, but i thought i'd bring it up anyway. On the radio the other day, I was listening to two political analysts, and one of them still insists on labeling O'Bama a moron for how he's handled things from day one of his...

Do you think president Obama might be able to win a bid to remain in office the second time by his 'recent achievement' of killing Osama Bin Laden
