We have sustained 63 days of 90degree or higher temps... what about you?
It was 113 today, been like that for over a week now.. The lowest it's been in awhile was 105, which is unheard of..
...earlier today, I saw some cacti migrating to Antarctica to cool down.
I know you were considering it as well... There is nowhere for us to go except.... Oh my goodness, NOWHERE....
I hear Mars sounds nice this time of year..
Freezing.. although they have a nice summertime temp of around 68. Could become a snowbird.
It is so hot and sticky, if I wore underwear, I'd have to peel them off with a paring knife.
...I won't ask why your underwear is hot and sticky..
Here, in Birmingham, England, summer was very slow in coming. It finally arrived just over a week ago, and we had four whole days without rain, and it reached the 80s. However, a couple of days ago, summer went again, and it is back to the normal rain and grey skies. It is still warm though, it must be in the 60s.
Same here in Carlisle, although it was in the 80s here yesterday, today has rained all day and the temperature is now in the 50s... I want the summer to come back still you cant have everything lol :-)
I would gladly send you some of our summer it I could....

How long is your summer season in Birmingham?
My beautiful Island of Jamaica is experiencing rains on and off for the past few weeks, so the temperature drops during and after the rains. Today is pretty cool.
It's ridiculously hot here in the south of Spain - no idea the temp, but it doesn't seem to vary between day and night time. But it's a very damp heat. Your clothes stick to you. YUK! No cooling breeze, no rain. August is the worst month. After this it should get better
It has been quite hot this year for Pennsylvania, USA. It hit 90 degrees and above many times. Normally, it does not hit 90s very much in my state.
Honestly though, it is the humidity which makes it worse. I prefer 70-80 degreees for warm temperatures.
In the 90's? Is that all? Gee, I wish we could get a cool front like that!
Try 111 F. Today was only 105 F.
We had 108 today. Tied for the coolest day of the past week.
I miss February. lol Remembering all the snow we had. Maybe I will visit my hub again and just maybe feel a tad-bit cooler.
Well, the humidity levels are very high so when it's like 93, its basically over 100.
Some places can have higher temperatures, but have low humidity.
Here in Central Scotland the highest temperature I have seen this summer has been 68. We have, however, had four days this summer so far without rain, whereas in the whole of summer last year, we only had one.
Today, the summer seems to have totally disappeared, and for the first time in some weeks, I am quite cold, although I have resisted putting the heating on. The thunder storms made it dark by 8pm, and the rain was colder than it has been.

Temperature has been reaching 38-40 degrees Celcius in winters. Australians might know why.

So quiet outdoors.Yes, yesterday was 111 F. Thermometer in the shade of the carport says 100 right now. It's been too hot for too long. Since first of June. Not enough rain, very very little. Dead grass...crunchy underfoot. I worked 2 hours yesterday which involved getting...
