Why can not I broadcast my hub. honestly I'm a broken an english. I first wrote the language for my country and after that I translated into English by using google translate. Hub that I post are from my own. can help me how to solve this problem.
This Hub does not conform to the HubPages community standard of quality.
This Hub needs to be revised before it can be published.

Hub pages expects that your hubs are written in readable English. They follow certain standards and expect you to keep up to them, as your hubs are read by the international community. You need to get editorial help and sort out these issues. Translating from another language always ends up with these issues as the construction of sentences and expression are very different in the vernacular.

Google translation is horrified some time so may be that is the reason.

Why don't you hire any proof checker to see if your english is perfect or not.

Please be aware that nothing translated in Google Translate has the slightest chance of being accepted here.

Google Translate may give you the overall gist of what a text is about. However, much of it will be grammatically incorrect. Sometimes it will say the opposite of what the original says. I have frequently seen it state that something is the case, when the original says it is not the case. At other times, it simply produces "sentences" that are sheer nonsense and totally impossible to understand.

If you really feel you need to have translations of your writing here, I suggest you employ a professional translator to produce them. Of course, the cost of a competent translator may mean it will be a very long time before you start seeing any financial gain from a hub.
