      Dude.. do you really think a woman wants any man who is scared of anything, let alone to tell her he likes her?
      
      Look around you.. do you see woman in life or the media falling for those types of guys?
      
      Here is some advice from a man in his 40s who has been around the block a few thousand times.
      
      Stop with the poetry crap, go up to the girl, and ask her when she is going to take you out for a coffee.
      
      Worse case scenario is she says no and laughs... and you can move on to someone better. rather wasting your time thinking about some chick who doesnt want you.

         I would tell that special someone how I feel.  I had my heart broken before because I did and the other person didn't feel the same way about me.  But, if  I didn't then I would not have known.. and I would not have moved on.  Just do it!  End your misery, or prolong it.  Either way, it's your call.

   what I am saying is that just tell her what you feel and go on with your normal activities. Don't dwell too much on it, so that you will not be hurt if ever. What is important is that you will let her know and let her feel how much you love her. Just "verb" it - actions speaks louder, so that you can capture her heart.

          I think there's nothing wrong with showing vulnerability. Fear sometimes however pulls a person apart or begins a cycle of warring egos. I would have liked to see you add color in terms of words, really understanding your fear.
