I have solid informative hubs and blogs. But I need to get more traffic for them. Can I use some of those websites that promise,
"Top quality one way back links from relevant sites in unlimited amounts for FREE! or $$$$"
Is it allowed in Google world? I don't want to see Google blacklist my blog, since they are ranking in Top 20-30 right now.
I am grateful for any constructive advice.
thanks
I haven't used it, but this one claims that they give free relevant backlinks when you join and select your keywords:

I don't know enough yet about backlinks to know if it is a good idea.
Ah - that is what I thought. Most of these services require you to give links back - and that is not possible to do here.
This one looks interesting, and it appears you don't have to make it a reciprocal link..just write a "blurb" or ad for your Hub:

Thanks Lisa for the link,
Backlink -
If you want your blog or hub ranked in the Top 5 then you will need a lot of "backlinks" to it, meaning (in google terms) a lot of people think your hub or blog on a topic is highly informative/useful and add a link to it on their blog/website. The more the "backlinks" more your page will go up in Google ranking.
This process takes ages and you will need to do a lot of work to get the ranking up.
But all these services offer a quick way to get a lot of back links. My question was to find out if it is legal in Google world?

Mark,
I am specifically talking about this one http://www.freeonewaybacklinks.com/ recommended by hubber Misha.
Ram
Well, if Misha recommended it, it is almost certainly worth going with.
Here's dumb question...trafficsystem.com wants you to write (or paste in an already written) blog.
What's gonna happen if I put my 3 hubs over there as far as duplicate content, etc? Or is this just not what should be done at all?
Thanks
Hi Capable woman,
I do not think hubpages is going to like that very much. Even if it is your own content, they don't like it and pull down your hub score (score for your hub). Read this thread for more info http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/4699
No one is dumb here, we have a wonderful community in hubpages to help us. The only ones who don't ask are dumb.

When ı search about a topic the first page results are not very high quality material, ordinary stuff. Then what makes them on top page?

I started about 7 weeks ago and have been publicizing/backlinking most of my hubs through the bookmarking sites SheToldMe, Snipsley, Xomba and Redgage.Does anyone think (or know) whether Google, as part of its new ranking system, will now be penalizing pages linked to from sites such as these...

rebekahELLE posted this link in another thread: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/02/13/busin … r=2&hpIt tells the tale of how J.C. Penney has been SERP punished for excessive backlinking. We've been told over and over again by certain Big Names here that Google can't do that. They can and they...

There is a lot of bad SEO (search engine optimization) advice out there, and the use of automated services that procure backlinks to your Hubs is one particularly egregious example. Using services to get backlinks can result in your Google AdSense and/or HubPages account permanently banned. Yes, we...

First of, I don't really know what I'm talking about, or to be more specific, I don't know the name of what I am talking about. But thanks to a few hubbers on here, I have taken to backlinking the easy way. You backlink a hub to...for example...shetoldme...or blurbalicious...one of them anyway.Then...
