    Since November 7, 2011, my ebay account connected with HP is showing no earnings whereas before that I was earning to 2 to 3 dollars on a daily basis. I think there is something wrong with the system or it is an error. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible. Here is my report;

      With that number of clicks (with any number of clicks in fact), you should be earning something so I think there must be a glitch in the system. Definitely agree with Simey - you should email them direct.

        Are you making sales too? I find that the eBay program (not through HP) is very strange - if I don't get sales for a few days, the earnings drop like stone - even if I'm still getting a decent amount of clicks....

          I have made sales, yes - don't want to go into details though, in case I'm breaking a ToS rule!

            EmpressFacility - sorry the question was supposed to be aimed at Soni! I find that even when I had 70+ clicks on my old affiliate account on eBay, if I didn't make any sales my revenue dropped very quickly.

            I'm still getting some clicks to my old ebay account now, but as I haven't made a sale for two weeks my revenue is zip!

      Hi soni.

      There is no bug on our end.  Your earnings for this period are, in fact, zero, since it seems you have not sold anything in the past month.

        Hello Maddie, how are you. I didn't knew that our current month ebay earnings are based upon our previous month's sales. I think I need to revisit the Help section. Thanks for your reply. Now waiting for some sales to happen.

    I think HP staff has taken notice of this and will respond promptly.

      Don't forget they are on the west coast of the US - they aren't even in the office yet!

          Actually it's now late at night, well after business hours in the US Pacific time zone.

          Probably best to send a mail directly to Hubpages support - they may not want to comment directly on 'earnings' on a forum entry...

    Under the ToS, are we allowed to reveal eBay earnings? Or is it only HP ad program we can't publicly reveal the earnings on?
