I just saw a few people use that in the forums?

I saw you finding out about this the other day when someone used it, then posting up a link to say what it meant, so why are starting new forum posts about it?

It's a common internet acronym. Get used to it.

And yes I use them too and am not offended, nor are they meant to cause offence.

What does IDGAF mean? Is that acceptable here? What is acceptable here? ...that is an evo question...isn't that IzzyM?

That day I asked that to that specific person. This time I ask everyone.

You know what it means. You linked up a site explaining what it was, and guess what? IDGAF either.
          Have a nice day smile

You prove my point IzzyM. Are you going through a disorder that you speak meaningless words on a public forum? sad

The letter F is allowed, personal insults are not.

Does that 'F' have a meaning? Or is it meaninglessness out of a disorder?

It has a meaning as explained here and in your other thread. But using an acronym is considered reasonably polite just like using a substitute like frack or frell or duck.

Phenom, once again you're being deliberately obtuse.  As you know perfectly well, the F stands for a four-letter swear word which we are not allowed to use on these forums.  So you are wasting your time asking people to put the word in print.

All you have to do is Google IDGAF to get the answer.

                  http://onlineslangdictionary.com/meaning-of/idgaf
                  http://www.all-acronyms.com/cat/9/IDGAF

The four-letter swear word is not acceptable but euphemisms for it are OK.  So are acronyms which only use the initial letter.  That's generally the case in American, British and Australian society, anyway, so one would assume it's the same on HP.

If you are asking whether it's acceptable to HP management, I suggest you send them an email.  If you're asking whether it should be acceptable, then that's a different question, perhaps you need to clarify.

According to the American Heritage Dictionary, it is a verb, obscene, meaning to have sexual intercourse with.

If someone told you to f - off, they would be telling you to leave or desist at once.  Someone or something who/that is f'd up is totally confused or mismanaged.  However when someone is a f-up they are a bungler.  When someone is referred to as a f-er, they are someone who is totally offensive.

      "Sick of this life
      Not that you'd care
      I'm not the only one
With whom these feelings I share

Nobody understands, quite why we're here
      Searching for answers
      That never appear

But maybe if I looked real hard I'd
      I'd see your trying too
      To understand this life
      That we're all going through
(Then when she said she was going to like wreck my car... I didn't know what to do)

Sometimes I feel like I'm beating a dead horse
An I don't know why you'd be bringing me down
I'd like to think that our love's worth a tad more
It may sound funny but you'd think by now
      I'd be smiling
I guess some things never change
      Never change"

I expected this type of a response from 'a hubpages elite'? how sweet...

Cagsil and Marisa were among those who were most vocal in responding to the idiocies voiced on these forums by PhenomWriter aka Tanmoy Acharya (see Google+ profile of Phenom Writer (2 words) for evidence these are one and the same). This person therefore created a new profile based on Marisa's name and Cagsil's photo, with which he hoped to cause further trouble.

Said Tanmoy Acharya already tried to cause havoc here some while back in his real name (if it is indeed his real name). In his farewell hub under that identity, which is still in the Google cache, he threatens he will keep generating new HP profiles specifically to hound people against whom he considers himself to have some vendetta. He boasts he knows how to come into this site from an inexhaustable number of different IPs which will enable him to get round every ban.

He has presented himself in various places around the Net as a 24-year-old student from India and purports to be a poet and skilled painter, particularly of abstract art.

Thanks for that explanation WriteAngled.  There's really not much you can do about a poor attention-seeking psycho like that, except to ignore them and hope they'll eventually seek treatment...
