please help, I am a first timer. Just received a notice from paypal about payments from hubpages. They give options on how to withdraw from paypal, and I chose the one that they will transfer to my bank account in my country. Then I notice the limit in withdrawal, there is an instruction there that I can remove limits to withdrawal, by confirming my credit card number  but the problem is  I don't have a credit card. will it mean, I will need to withdraw five times since only $10 are allowed amout to be withdrawn.  My first payment is $53.73...  and there is a fee of P50 for every transactions, which means 250 if I withdraw 5 times

If there appears to be an issue with PayPal on this, or questions, I would contact PayPal. They are usually pretty good about getting back with you.

You can go to the "contact us" at the bottom of your PayPal page, then click the option, "email us."

Are you sure? The Philippines is a first-world country; not some two-bit, thieving, backwater place filled with gangs and pirates. Are you sure that the $10 isn't the minimum, with maybe $500 being the maximum? smile

    Hi Maria

You can get a "credit card" from the Unionbank in the Philippines, their Eon Cybercard which you can link to your paypal account very easily. I think the annual fee for the card is something like 350 peso.

I use this and have had no problems at all.

You still get charged by paypal to transfer the money to the card but it is a flat fee of 250peso even if you transfer a couple of hundred dollars like you will be doing in a few months.. lol

Thank you Lean Man looks like I am on a right track, I have a cousin working at Union Bank and I told her my problem and she mentioned about EON Cyber card, I can pick up my card tomorrow I applied on line. Yes you are right,  I will transfer a couple of dollars soon, really wish it will become hundreds of dollars soon.
