Why cross dressing?

   Well, once I happen to talk to a guy and I don't know why he spoke to me about it. He said, he fantazise dressing as a girl. Frankly after that I wasn't really feeling comfortble to talk to him. I know in dramas, boy schools dress women clothing, but hate it. I cannot understand why and what kind of a fantasy is that? Any insight about it? Just wanted to understand....

   If you feel like a woman you might want to enhance the feeling by dressing like a woman. Personally I haven't got the body for it. Too skinny.

   I don't think deep seated needs are something you explain and understand.  they are just how people are, and you have to accept it.  It does not harm to me if a man dresses in what is considered feminine clothing. So if it makes him happy, I think he should do it.

   I have known a few perfectly straight men, whom for some reason want to dress in Women's clothes. I have heard everything from, "I want to know what it feels like to be pretty" Or, "To see if someone else might mistake them for a girl." To, "I just do it when I'm alone, because it turns me on." A lot of them do it, because it's usually their wives or girlfriends clothes, and they think they are being naughty."
   
   The key word here is Fantasy. This person is obviously someone who may only want to dress like a woman when it might be considered a turn on, and is not going to do it often. The serious cross dresser doesn't have a fantasy, they go all out, and probably have a collection of wigs, and dresses that would make a straight gal jealous. And, may go to the store, or out in public to see if anyone notices or says anything. They want to be seen, and want recognition for what they are doing..good or bad. If you try to tell them they are gay, they will likely get upset. Not every cross dresser is a woman trapped in a man's body. Though lots of shrinks will say that is the case.
   
   Most straight guys who are into female attire are into mainly for the intimates, anything silky or very feminine. Gay men who want to dress like women, usually to imitate a woman they admire, usually an old actress. Not women in general. Straight men are the opposite of that, and are more likely to connect their obsession to porn stars or swimsuit models.

   I fantasize about dressing like RoboCop and dispensing some much needed cyborg justice around my neighborhood. Is that weird??
