No. Lucifer is a tem that appears on one single occasion in the Hebrew scriptures. It is a Latin term which was a translation of the Hebrew 'Shining One'. It is a name that Isaiah used in mockery of Nebuchadnezzer the king of Babylon, and came from a Canaanite myth as the name of the son of the goddess of the dawn. In the myth, this son of the goddess got too big for his boots so was thrown to Earth; it's his sudden and unexpected demise from glory that Isaiah paralleled to the fate of the king. There is no satan here.

NO Lucifer didn't have anything to do with a world wide flood and a jealous god. A wild imagination did.
