Eating out is ridiculously fun. Why not write a review of the next restaurant you visit and enter it in our Rigorous Review Contest?

I recommend presenting your titles in a more descriptive manner, possibly batching multiple restaurant reviews under a theme (and just using the Ratings Capsule for your favorite one of the group). This makes it easier to compete with popular restaurant review sites like Yelp, which have the name-only-keyword-result market covered pretty well.

Here are some potential formats to follow:

    Great Family Restaurants in _______
The Best Thai Restaurant in _______
    Healthy Restaurants in __________
    The Healthiest Restaurant in ___________
    A Dog-Friendly Restaurant in ________
    Beautiful Outdoor Dining in ________

    You get the picture!

Speaking of pictures, be sure to include loads in your Hubs! They make your reviews more authentic and useful. wink

To create search-friendly titles of your own, follow the steps outlined in this Learning Center guide.

If you'd like to join in on this week's topic by writing a Hub, follow these steps:

    1)    Stop by this week's Weekly Topic Inspiration Question.
    2)    Click the green button "answer this question".
    3)    Click the gray button below the box (leave that empty) that says "make a Hub about it."
    4)    Give your Hub a very specific title, like Easy Summer Gardening Projects for Kids or Challenging Summer Activities for Teens
    5)    Create good quality original content that hasn't been covered before.
    6)    After you publish your Weekly Topic Inspiration Hub, come back to this forum thread and post a link to your Hub with a brief description of what you wrote about and why.

For more information on the Weekly Topic Inspiration program, check out the Learning Center guide.

P.S. Make sure the images are legally used and properly attributed!

    Hi Simone
Here is one from my travels...we regularly detour hundreds of miles when in the U.S. to go to Mekong, and the restaurant was just recognized as being the "Best Beer Bar in America" for their fine selection of imported and craft beers. Good food too!

Lol! For the life of me I can't find any inside pictures I took of this place. I know I have quite a bit somewhere. We've been going there for years now for dinner plus for parties. I'm going to keep looking (or visit again!) and add more pictures at a later date.

Just done CAU steakhouse review. It is the best Argentinian steakhouse in London and the first one of the CAU chain in the UK.
Suffice to say I've eaten there a lot ...

Am I disqualified because I didn't go through clicking the right things in the first place?
Just in case, here is my review for exploring free art in Rome churches that has a coffee shop nearby for a great cappuccino and cornetto!!!!

ps I've submitted it to the Review contest too.

So It's OK to put link to hub here? Great!

But I think that because I live in such a small town and not NYC that there won't be many people who have been to this place in SE Arizona. I tied it in with sightseeing to get the 500 words and some pictures of the ational park nearby which ties in with when I go to eat at Adolfo's.

Question: What is the cut-off date for restaurant reviews for the contest? Just asking because there will be free meals for vets/active mil on Sunday Veteran's Day @ Applebee's  and Monday Military Appreciation @ Golden Corral

Thanks so much for participating in this week's theme, y'all!!  Boy, am I ever a fan of food reviews... though now I am STARVING.

Our new contest-friendly Weekly Topic Inspiration theme is service reviews. I hope you will join us again this week and share Hubs reviewing the services offered by various businesses you patronize!
