I don't have an Ad sense account. But can I use hubpages ad program without having an adsense Id?

    Fellow writers,
Thank you for the reply. I guess I need to wait for 6 months before applying for adsense.
    Thanks Anyway

You don't have to wait 6 months to apply for Google Adsense.  Just write 10 - 15 good solid hubs so they can get an idea of what you write about, and then submit your application.  Be sure your hubs are high quality to increase the odds of being accepted.

OP is most likely from a country where the 6 month bar now applies.

Your Admirer if you are from Asian country like China, India, Pakistan etc. then you have to wait for 6 months to be eligible for your application to be accepted. And no, you cannot signup for the Ad program without Adsense.

I activated my Amazon Affiliates ID but I don't see any Amazon ad on my hub. How do I do that?

You have to go into each individual hub, add an amazon capsule (or capsules), and choose items from Amazon that you'd like to advertise. Here's more specific info:

I am using Amazon Affiliates by placing amazon ads  on my hubs, but I  could not see any earning from it.
Does it play  important role for earning?

It can do if you pick products that are closely related to the topic of your hubs (assuming those hubs are of high quality themselves). A number of experienced hubbers have made significant amounts of money from Amazon (into three figures easily), and a few even say they made more out of Amazon than Adsense.
