patience grasshopper...  It happens sometimes.  It may effect your curiosity but it isn't going to really matter in the long run.

Of greater concern is that CPM remain low - perhaps 50-70% of what they normally are.

This happens fairly often.  So long as payouts occur as scheduled, it matters not.

I hate to say it but the anal retentive in me has to.  100 times zero is still zero.

LOL, mine says it too.  It happens every once in a while.  Trust me they know it's happening and have probably got at least a hundred emails about it. At some point soon they will either fix it or put a notification up of when it will be fixed.  It won't affect payout.

I seem to remember it happening last time the stats got royally stuck.  It was fixed in a few days.

But how is it all measured..I am new with the ad program...when the CPM is 3.11 and you get 0.03 from that..how is it all done? I can't calculate any of the numbers 60% or 40 % here..I think I miss out on something :-) And have the amount of "impressions" anything to do with that? And what is really "impressions", visitors..or?

Divide earnings by impressions, multiply by 1000  and you will find the CPM.  It is a calculated figure based on those two amounts.

Thanks Wilderness! I am not getting much wiser from that :-) all these numbers is not my strong side.. I have other skills though :-) I may learn with time..

Actually, CPM is of limited value.  It doesn't get you paid any more and you can't have any effect on it other than by your choice of topic and keywords; something set up by the time you begin to actually write your hub.

It is interesting though, to watch as it varies.  Mine is almost metronome steady in varying by the day of the week, for instance.

I wouldn't agree with that.  Some hubs/hubbers get a higher CPM than others (at the same time). So clearly we have some influence over it based on what we write.
