More hubs in one account or More accounts with few hubs

   This equation makes sense in earning a good living in Hubpages. Please elaborate your views.

      It seems to me more hubs in one account would draw more traffic overall. If someone happens upon one hub, likes it and decides to check out more of your hubs, they will have a limited selection if they are scattered around under different accounts. Plus, if I understand correctly, the more you have under the same author name, the better Google ranks them. I know this is true for Google adding your picture next to your articles. You might get author markup working, but Google won't show your photo with your pic until you're reasonably established.
      
      Having said that, the more places you have to link traffic to, say a website, that could be more beneficial than only one hub author creating links.
      
      I'm sure other more experienced hubbers will have a lot more authority on the subject than I do, but those are my musings on the matter.

         I agree, Jennifer. I have debated this for a while as I want to break out from my niche sometimes but figured that starting another account would put me on the bottom for views, ranking, etc. Now that I've established myself somewhat here in HP, I think it would be better to continue writing in another niche or topic under the same account.

            I think that's one if the great things about hubpages. You can write about anything. It doesn't have to be niche based as with your own website. I suppose there could be an argument for staying in a specific niche here, but I'm not sure how much it benefits one with this particular platform.

               Spreading your hubs into different accounts means you will never see your money!  It will never add up to a pay out.  I thought about it, then calculated it would take 14 months to achieve a payout at this rate.  All egg in one basket unless you are earning 1+ dollars a day per hub

                  Thanks for your view but some hubbers got the same daily views for many hubs. Or am I right with this opinion?

   One thing to consider is that the payout threshold is $50. So I wouldn't advise starting a whole bunch of small niche accounts that might take a whole year or more to build up to the threshold. Once you've got one account making payout every month or three, then you'll have a better sense of when you've got enough ideas to open a second account that will have enough hubs in it for payout in a reasonable period of time. (E.g. i have a test account with eight hubs, and if I don't add more content to it, it'll be over a year before I see payout on it.)

      Greekgeek, does your reply factor in people who use Ad Sense only and not HP ads, or only people who use HP Ads (with, of course, whatever AS ads are there too)?  I only very recently switched to HP ads because there was a time when I did better with AS alone.  Isn't it true that if someone does well with AS and has more than one account it will all get "lumped into" his AS earnings?
      
      (Of course, Part II of that question has now become whether I may have been the only remaining hold-out when it came to AS only.   God knows I haven't been doing better with it alone recently.)

         I think not. The approved account of hubpages is still the strongest asset to have good adsense account. I tried registering my own website from my hosted account here in HP but unfortunately my site was not approved yesterday. It is very sad to know that but well, I have to make a good website someday. I believe hubpages is still the best way to earn money with no maintenance so far by updating your hosting and renewing your domain name.

      I am considering your view also but I observed that most hubbers got 300 views a day for 30 or 50 hubs. Is this true?

   I observe some hubbers with few posts or hubs with average traffic of about 300 views. Some hubbers with many posts still got the average traffic of 300 views. Any brilliant interpretation?

   I am unable to take care of of my one only account here, so i cant even think of having second account on hp, also with so  many hubbers losing traffic and moving away from here, i am just wondering does it really make sense to keep on writing

      I also think that some hubbers get easily frustrated and move out here but in the world of cyberspace, things may change dramatically. We could have low traffic today and a million traffic tomorrow.
