      The first thing would be to remove the backlink you just gave him from hubpages. Then report his blog to Google.

   Id leave a comment on the blog first of all, and stop sending traffic to there! He will benefit from it! Break the link... Comment saying that you are aware he has copied your work, and you have notified the  website, hopefully that will scare him into removing it... other than that, try to contact blogger  I think this link should help... https://support.google.com/blogger/answ … opic=12467 it lists the copyrigght policy, PLUS has a link to the blogger DMCA form.    I did leave a comment, I told him it's a violation of copyright law, and serious actions will be taken...LOL.
   He has copied from other hubs too, and he doesn't even try to modify it, he copy pasted it as it is.

    I have seen that there is a system which forbids the content copying of web page. Could this not be done on hub pages, so that the content may not be copied. But I think the visitors become less interested, if content copying is locked.

       This 'copyright' choice has already been set up for us before the work has been stolen, but if it has been taken I believe it is too late to use for past work.

    YouTube video's don't belong to us, they're just links, so, yes you can still copyright.
    I'll wait one more day for him to delete it, then I'll report.

    Seems to me there could be a method that HP could use to prevent copying a Hub.  It is so easy to do.  I have copied my own to get it onto Word when I failed to do so when I was writing the Hub.  I read one yesterday that had been copied right down to the personal photos, and had the Hubber's name on each photo!

       There are ways to make copying a webpage using Cut and Paste impossible, but HP has not implemented them.   I agree that it is far too easy to copy an entire Hub.  I do it with mine all the time as backup, but it shouldn't be so easy, because it means anyone can also copy any Hub.

    May be that's why hubpages lost it's traffic. May be google associates hubs as spam because of duplicate content. I hope they do something, google is strict about this.

       Google has yet to learn a lot of human traits; however, it will ever become as smart as us is doubtful. It may be a good idea not to allow this silly copycat, with the label Mr Adoreable Super, take too much of your time and energy. Why? Because he doesn't deserve it! Do your best and "delete" him from your mind!!
