I've been having this issue for a couple of days. Seems to be happening a lot today when I visit a hub or a hubber's profile page that the flash player 15.0r keeps crashing. It was suggested the other day that I perhaps remove that version and download an older version.
What does HP recommend?
Flash on Chrome has been a problem for some time. Try the Firefox browser.
I see that there is a minor software upgrade available for your browser.
Please try these steps before reporting any potential issues in this forum.

Flash errors could be related to system resources as well.
Chrome and Firefox handle Flash differently, so you may want to try another browser.
Gosh, I almost exclusively use FireFox - that's what I'm on now ... when I came here to enter my reply, I went through a couple of flash player crash pop up error messages and finally got them to stop!
Bummer. Try deleting the Firefox version you have now, deleting all file remnants with Revo uninstaller (http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uni … nload.html), and then downloading a new Firefox.
Or else, try Chrome and see if that works better the way your computer is set up.
When I used Firefox, it always crashed on me, not only on this site but everywhere. If I refreshed the page or rebooted the computer, it usually came back. I had to file crash reports. Now I use Chrome, and it is a Chrome plugin which is either disabled or enabled. You type Chrome://plugins in the address bar to get a list of plugins, and ensure it is enabled. I have Avast security, and recently received a message from them to disable Flash Player, as it had conflicts with their security. I did not do it as the plugin is needed for videos and also to upload photos, I believe. Good luck.
Ah, @brakel2 ... I too have Avast security. It is odd that for periods of times, there are no issues whatsoever with flash player, and then when there are, it continues without wanting to stop.
Did you check to see if your computer said to update your Flash Player? I have 15 Active X plus a plug in.
Take it from an IT guy, Internet Explorer doesn't crash almost at all because of Flash. It has other flaws, so I almost don't use it, but flash is not one of them.
Historically, Firefox has crashed most often of all browser, because of Flash. I suspect Adobe doesn't care much about Firefox, because Firefox are no Google, nor Microsoft.
You can use Chrome and it will eventually crash, but it's more like once every 2 weeks or so, which is OK. Note that if Flash crashes on firefox, it will affect Chrome as well...
If you love Firefox that much, you can just disable Flash in Firefox, (add-ons => plugins), and use Chrome, or IE for Youtube.
How right you are. I haven't had issues for awhile, and then they start. Yesterday, mY flash player stopped working in Chrome, but after spending much time, it is fixed. Flash Player can make you want to give up, but we just keep on troubleshooting and asking questions.
Matt, thanks for the suggestions and the direction. It surely seems to me that I just upgraded FireFox and then flash too!

HelloI recently updated to the latest version of Internet Explorer and now my flash player won't work. When I try to play a video clip on Youtube or play a flash game I get this message:"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest...

What is this message? "This site uses a plug-in (adobe flash player) that will soon be unsupported."I am seeing two messages on most pages of HubPages.com since yesterday. What does these messages mean? Is it something related to hubpages? Or it refers to some problem on my computer?1)...

Bummer! Twice in a row I was kicked off the Internet by a Flash Player problem with Hubpages. Same thing happened a couple of days ago. Is this related to ads wanting to play or is it something else?

Is this browser related? I saw them 2 days ago. I'm using FF 16.0.2. I know a more recent version has just been released, but I haven't updated. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
