Muslims are a common man. They give a good culture on child, men, ladies. They teach how to live discipline. But all are see on terrorist.
Yes. It is too bad. Islamists are nothing but evil extremists. Muslims believe in the Koran and try to live good lives on a paths toward the reality of God. Thank you for clarifying that.
Not exactly, present day Muslims rejects the advancement that occurred in Islam and is back to its tribal form that rejects equality of women, equality of other religions and non believers.....
It is not what is written but what is followed that makes it terrorism or not.
So are Christians, Hindus and Buddhists.. no one is seeing them as terrorists. If Muslims alone are seen as terrorists there is something wrong with Islam as it is practised.
Most American Muslims are nonviolent, law abiding citizens. This is because they are a small minority. Once the Muslim population becomes the majority in an area human rights violations become increasingly prevalent. This is a fact for the people in the Philippines, France, Russia, the UK, and all the Middle Eastern countries.
Whenever and where ever they attempt to implement Sharia law there will be a significant loss of individual freedom. The precepts of Sharia law is based on a theocracy that enforces its rules interpreted by clerics in leadership positions to the people. This is antithetical to the American precept of a government of, by, and for the people. Which is why they wish to exterminate or abolish Western society. And they accomplish it by enforcing their culture on others rather than assimilating to the culture of their hosts.
Most American Muslims are non- violent you say? On my job I see many women turning to the faith. I find these women very offensive they use profanity worst than a sailor. This one women walked around like she owned the place and is always saying she is going to punch somebody in the throat. She got fired. They seem to try to subjugate the men by talking over top of them; they constantly yak, yak yak all day long, loud talking and loud laughing. You had better not say anything to them because the rest got their back weather they are right or wrong.
From my experience from traveling most of the middle east and traveled every state or province in North America.
Would not want to live in the middle East, for lack of freedom.
As far as terrorist, do the death head count and stealing of oil and drugs. Christians are World champion Terrorist.
I agree there are some good muslim people out there. But, then again if you are not a muslim in the middle east; well they do not have a choice do they? The flogging, killing, pillaging, beheading of their own brothers of Islam is simply atrocious. As per ratio between 10 and 25 percent are radical muslims. That equates to quite a percentage. Then you have all the other GOOD muslims that secretly agree with what the radicals are doing.
Dam those Indians who tried to steal our land. Dam those Muslim's who are trying to steal our drugs land and our oil. Dose this make any sense?
Have you even seen how many heads roll off a human's body from the bomb drops. Have you seen how many people die from guns more than any other weapon. Who really talks about the 1/2 million children who have been killed in Iraq,? not the media for sure.
Sir, have you ever considered that the christian presumption that theirs is the only "correct" god, that the bible is the only "true word of god," and that all other religious points of view are anti-true god.....that these starting points lead to the outcome of discord, conflict and any leanings towards terrorism?
From within the country which sees itself as a particularly god-fearing society, we see oppression of minorities, commercial corruption, hypocrisy amongst leaders of church and nation, gross pornography and degradation of women, starvation in the poorest members of society, injustices within the so-called Justice System..... all happening under the guise of a Christian Nation.... which it is not! And in a Nation that purports to be democratic you cannot aspire to being President unless you are filthy rich and supported by others likewise endowed. An oligarchy no less, based upon finance and membership of a club......
Thus, I don't see your christian position as in any way "better" than a muslim position.
I think the difference is in their core teachings, and example of their prophet, etc.
The differences are pretty vast in that case. Thus, when others of the same religion observe the very negative behaviors people point out, they are either being true to their religion or they are not. I think in this lies the biggest difference, and why more don't speak out against one.
The example of their prophet cannot possibly be any worse than the example of the Christian god. While most Christians ignore the works of the OT god, no one lifetime could include the evils that it is said to have performed.
My take from what was said, was comparing the two religions, which is what I was doing. If you throw in a comparison of the OT God to their God, that is a different conversation, imo. (With varying views, for sure, some of which I can predict.... considering their fathers, way way back.)
Christianity and Islam were being compared, as I saw it, and I don't know of anyone that becomes a Christian "minus Jesus", and only going by some of the acts of the OT God, which is the same God of Ishmael. So we would be discussing something different. I have seen the need or desire though, to demean Christianity for reasons that I don't think are totally fair, for a very long time now. This is no different, imo.
Its all about what "measuring stick" is being used. When I know what that is, then I can tell if the person is attempting fairness or not.
Perhaps Islam uses an honest "measuring stick", then, rather than the one full of blank spaces that the Christians prefer?
While I absolutely detest much of what I perceive in Islam, the god Christians worship is even worse. Pretending that one part of the god-trinity is all that matters doesn't change anything in the basic concept, just in how the faithful choose to interpret their scripture. Thankfully it results in a much more moral religion than Islam is, and at least somewhat more moral followers.
He did say "Most". And that is the case of my experience most of the Muslim people I see are decent people.
Nope, Christians are not world class terrorists. Maybe some folks that use the label are, but let's not lose perspective.
Assumed sharia law is not my Boss. Unless their (super) behavior proves to be harmless and honest.
mishpat
Prove to me cops do not kill more than all the terrisorist groups combined in America.
Then prove to me, the predominate Christian countries are not most involved in killing in wars worldwide?
Do you agree mohamedimrankhan, or I’m stuck alone with hard Christians or closed minded American patriots surrounding me with nonsense
I agree with the spirit of what you are saying, and I respect that you have traveled and seen other parts of the world outside of the US. I agree with your comment about the US media. I think your viewpoint is more discerning than many of the others I have read on this forum. In some of your posts you compared different things using "head count" as a metric. I don't know if that should be the last word on determining who is more atrocious, since there are so many other variables. If you are comparing the dangers of driving to flying, for example, you might want to think about "head count", because every year people end up dead through no fault of their own doing each of these things. But people getting killed in wars (some of them through no fault of their own) is a different kettle of fish. You should expect (!) your elected representatives to debate the pros and cons before getting you into a war. And people getting killed by the police is a whole other forum (I'm hoping). But rest assured you're not stuck alone.
Most of know it's getting worse before it gets better. Wait and see where the next turn may be.

All muslims are not terrorists but all terrorists are muslims. What do you think?I know its bit sesitive issues. However I was thinking why most of the terrorists in the world are muslims? Is it something to do with their faith which is rigid and do not change with time. For example, in my religion...

I was checking out this Hub on Whoopi Goldberg and 'The View' and came upon Whoopi and Baver walking out of the show, on the remark of Bill O'Reilly that 'Muslims killed us on 9/11'. I then went looking and found another clip on Utube a talk radio program clip of David Pakman...
