Is this common?  It seems relatively quick, and all the 95-100s I've read have way better (and way more) hubs than I do.

I don't know, it seems a little strange but I wont complain.  My hub score usually fluctuates a lot but it has stayed at 95 for about the last six days like you said.

So who knows.  Maybe it has something to do more new changes to hubpages, if you haven't noticed yet. big_smile

If you have read a lot of hubs that increases it, too much forum activity decreases it. The Cabin Girls theory anyway !

maybe that's what is wong with me...my profile score is crap despite the high fan base, hub turnout, and hub scores...

I think the weather also plays a major role in hubscores. smile

when i first started I had a constant 90 plus ranking too. Seems to be part of the system

Hub Profile scores are like the weather here in NC.

How does Hubber score work anyway? Is it randomly generated? Just to give us the ups and downs? Maybe it is, because HubPages never tell us.

    absolutely.

I really want insights how hub score is generated. This is my 4th day and I already have score=61. What is the criteria? How this score helps? if I remain inactive for 20 days, would it die?

I have seen some hubs with this topic, cant recall the full details but I can tell you that..

In summary it is a combination of your hub quality, exposure(traffic) and a few other minor details

Just search for it and you shall find

I'm still skeptical...  I don't know, but I'll keep plugging along.  If it stays high, I will just attribute it to the 30 in 30 HUB CHALLENGE! smile
