      This issue has been resolved. You can now add the name of the source, source URL and a caption in the image capsule.

    I have had similar problems before. Try a different browser or refreshing, and it usually works eventually.

      @Butterfly67, YES! Having same trouble--like last night. No amount of refreshing, restarting, etc., would allow me to place photo info in slots.
      So . . .I wrote the various photo credits inside a Text Capsule at the bottom of my hub. No choice.

    Having the same problem.  I've also noticed that the Quality Assessment Process is taking an exceptionally long time.  I submitted a new article early yesterday afternoon and it is still in the pending process.  It usually only takes thirty minutes to an hour or so.  Traffic updates have been super super slow as well.

    I'm wondering if the issue(s) are all connected.

      @SA Williams,

      I agree with you.
      However, I am not sure but I guess it might because of summer and HubPages staff on vacation or something.

    Hmmm....are they on vacation?  Because that would make A LOT of sense. Everything just seems slow and backed-up.

    I've also wondered if it had something to do with them tackling the recent Google updates?  I don't know...I read somewhere that the recent "fred" update has been making up to 3 changes per day in its algorithm

    I don't know...

      @SA Williams,

      Yeah, that's true. Google update is the reason behind low traffic.
      I hope we recover our traffic soon. Fingers Crossed smile

    I can't save new photos after I add them. It makes an error.

      @Terrie,
      Has HubPages not repaired the photo glitch?

    I've had no problems with inserting image info nor has the approval process taken longer than usual. Perhaps, we Canadians are getting special treatment as compensation for Trump slagging us.

    To All of My Sweet Followers and Non-Followers:
    Last night, very late, I published a hub and when I started to download my photos,
    all of the information went off without a hitch!
    Thank God and Thank Everyone at HP for taking time to solve this problem.
    I mean it.
    Kenneth

    Hi Kenneth, I am happy mine are working today too. All my scores have gone up too. There must have been a glitch. Thank you HP FROM me too.

    sometimes just changing the browser from google chrome to mozilla also and open in mozilla also make hp works properly.

      @Deepika,
      In some cases, yes, but a month or so ago, I changed to Google Chrome, and everything went haywire--icons changed names; some of HPs notices didn't work, so I went back to the original Google.
