Do You Agree That Educating A Girl-Child Is A Better Investment Than Educating A Boy-Child?
What Are The Benefits Of Educating A Girl-Child?
No. It is six of one and half a dozen of the other. It depends on the individual and what his/her goals are in life. Some who are thought to be a 'good investment' end up as social derelicts. There are those who were considered 'a waste of time' and they own their own business or make the best of life and build a strong family who contributes to the well- being of their society. Once a child finds his/her niche/ true purpose in life, that person becomes priceless. All others- whether boy or girl- are still on an endless quest.
you need to educate your children, period! Regardless of their sex
The obvious benefit of educating both boy-child and girl-child is to hasten the decline of NASCAR.
I think both the male and female are equals if given the same opportunities and freedom. .
But females have the ability to think and take decisions more effectively, manage in a better way and put 100% of their effort into things if they want to, which makes them blossom in their area of interest.
Educating female child is like an investment with a relative low returns because in so many conditions the certificate not oftenly put to use. while educating male child brings lot of returns in its due time.
There ought to be no preference. Every child regardless of gender ought to be offered what is available. The purpose of education is to raise an aware human being.
I do not agree. Educating all children equally is the important thing. This smacks of gender discrimination, which, as a society, we need to outgrow.
All education is important, and lifelong learning should be everyone's ultimate goal. Girls and boys are equally capable of learning any subject, given encouragement, tools and the proper exposure to information.
education is a right for both the sexes. it must not be just for the girl child or for the boy. it is their right, which parents will have to give them.
since education of the girl child is not given much importance in many parts of the world, it is being promoted by various NGOs.

I can't believe that someone is even asking a question like this in 2011. As a teacher it disturbs me that anyone would consider educating a child based solely on gender.
Everyone has think to educate every one - it should not be gender specific. Read more at http://tutorearth.com

"That's the way it's always been done." Do you agree with this statement or does it bother you?I like traditions and history, but saying something is right just because it's always been done that way is no recommendation to me. What do you think?

"Give me a child until he is seven and I will give you the man." Do you agree with this philosophy? Are you much the same now as you were then? Is this statement saying something deeper about how a child's development affects the rest of their lives? Do we change over time? I am interested...
