Since my ancestry consists of multiple races I would be pretty screwed if I couldn't date out of my race.

Most of the times the problem is not with you, its your family. The family is usually the one setting limits on what race you should date. You will be looked down upon if you break the family rules, but then again your making your own life, your own family. Just remember its not your family dating your partner its just you and the partner no one else should matter. That is unless your partner is secretly married but thats someting else lol

I have hit on just about every kind of woman, with varying success independent of race. Maybe some of them did not like me because I am purple, but for the most part I guess it was rather because I was being an idiot. Race is not as important as personality and compatibility, and those are individual traits.

Reeltaulk you are right but at same time I like to see where people are at with this question. I myself do not care what others think of me or the person I am with because what makes me happy is about me and no one else. I just want to see others views on going out of there race and to see if things are really changing or if there are still the same where I live at is one way where you are at my be another and I just wanted to know. So why don't you answer the question and not ask one?
