    I believe it is up to the couple and their financial status, being the financial status belongs to either the female or the male. For a regular person like me no pre-nip was required as we believed what mine is yours and what's yours is mine. If anyone enters into a prenuptuial agreement I would suggest reading every line word for word, even the fine print before signing it. I however do not believe in prenups, I believe they are a meams of protection from divorce, which can be taken as a sign that maybe the one suggesting the prenup is not in it for the long haul. You can call me old school but I believe once married, always married. I believe in the sanctaty of marriage and all it stands for. Hope this helps answer your question.

    A prenup is wise.  Unfortunately not every marriage ends up like a fairy tale.  When a breakup happens you want to make sure to minimize the damage and ensure fair treatment of both persons.
