    Vampires are real... well at least psychic a psychic vampire is a person that lets you out of energy, those are persons that are emotionally weak and needy people that need of constant attention draining your energy.

    What you see in movies isnt quite real if thats what you're asking, there are however a few cases of people with a disease that has some of the simptoms of vampires weaknesses and needs, which rose the entire vampire legend.

    Porphyria.-

    Its a blood disease which makes the body unable to produce heme which is a component of hemoglobin, sunlight sensitive skin to name a few, there are a few other symptoms that have been added to this disease which are somehow related to the movie vampires, but not many have been confirmed as far as I know.
