   It would depend on if there is an ego problem or if there is complete openness in the relationship where earnings do not matter. It only matters to those who have an ego that requires boosting. Otherwise, it's a non-started.
   
   However, if there is this problem in a marriage. Depending on how bad the verbal abuse is from her on to him, it might ruin the marriage. Just a thought.

   Yes, I think sometimes they are. I believe it's a part of our culture where men often take their identities from their jobs, whereas women not so much.

   a man is never intimidated by any woman for what a man want is to get with a woman. it the woman who high on themselves about whatever it is that they think that they are. men get with broke woman and woman with money for is the woman that we are after. can a woman say that.If I had a chance to let say get with Oprah I would  get it to her good and go on about my business for I know it the money she care about but me i the woman until I can find that one who want me too.

   The short answer is "that it depends on the man."  This is a mindset or psychological issue.  It always depends greatly on the woman and how she presents this situation on any frequency. Money and the lack of ruins many marriages.  Every married couple should set up banking such that each one has some personal money to spend on the things they enjoy or want.  Household accounts should be established and each spouse should contribute to it accordingly.  If you make twice as much as your spouse, then you will need to contribute to the common fund in that proportion.  Money and the availability of it in a marriage plays to self-esteem issues.  A wife who must ask her husband for every dollar she spends and then account for it will soon not like herself or her marriage very much.  If all couples understand this and create a banking system that will cover their general expense and then provide some separate co-accounts that allow each one to have some personal money, many, many issues will not evolve and the marriage will run far smoother in the long run.  Thanks WB
