   I might reply it in opposite way:-
   
   I feel love is essential for sex relationship.
   If you love someone or someone loves you in true way, sex is not at all essential.

   interesting question...is sex essential for love relation?..well one can have sex without loving some one and one can love someone without having sex ...but mostly while if one loves someone , sex too follows naturally..it is natural process...it is not about being essential ..it is union ..union of two bodies, two hearts and two souls..

   No!!! sex is really not essential for love relations. you can buy sex but you can never buy love, love comes naturally with soul and body agreement while sex mmmhhh.... and you can really stay with the one you love with sex but having sex with someone does not mean loving that person it might be just to satisfy your urge.

   I think that sex between two people in love is a deep form of communication. When we live fully and freely our  sexuality with someone we love,  sex becomes a pure, magical, wonderful and sacred experience. For me is essential for hapiness in love!
