Did Hubpages gave you real income?

OK. I am not greedy and yes have patience to work slowly and steadily. But still eager to know whether it really works out here. Because, I am here for past 15 days, wrote 12 hubs and personal score increased upto 90 (and fall to 89 today).

But my adsense income shows 70 cents, which means my total income so far (out of 975 views) is just 70 cents. So, just would love to get some advice from the achievers, whether I am on the right path or missing something.

You do not need to buy keywords. Just make sure you have titles and keywords that people will search on Google.

It can take up to 10 months to get to the Google Adsense payout of $100. It takes patience, writing good hubs, and good traffic.

Yes, hub-pages has the ability to make pretty decent income but never as much as a real site would because if you own the actual web property, that means you can sell it later. You'll never be able to sell your hubs though.

It is not easy but we got real income in hubpages, we must have patience, go writing about relevant issues and sooner or later we'll make some money.

Well, I have been hubbing for past 3-4 months now and my total income from hubpages through adsense is - $11. So it pays but the growth rate, I feel, is slow. But your earning also depends on your topic and the tyope of ads in your hub. Few keywords like automobiles, cars, invstments pay more than bollywood, celebrities etc.

My blogs are paying bit more though but i am still keeping faith in Hub pages and writing and writing and WRITING....

If I've learned anything so far, it's that to keep good traffic on Hubpages, you have to be consistent. Whatever your pace is, keep it. And keep doing some of everything. Answering questions, asking them, commenting in forums, creating new hubs, all contributing to a better hubscore...

I have been off of Hubpages for a week but rejoined recently and made $3.29 in one day (one click - I have no idea how). That's pretty darn high for me...

I haven't hit the payment threshold, but I hope to get there some day...if anyone has successful backlink strategies I'm here smile

I've been on Hubpages for 19 months and have not reached my first payout. But I will!  There are many factors that are involved and it's a learning process. But what a joy this process is. Concentrate on writing quality and original hubs with good titles, a few keywords and you will make money. Enjoy the process!
