Yes, I started to receive monthly payment since March. It is not that big but it pays some of my bills. You need to be patient and write quality hubs.

This month to date I've earnt $20 on adsense. And most of that is from just 30-40 hubs.

So keep writing on a wide range of topics and something will take off - and in the meantime learn what you can.

I have another question concerning adsense. Do you have to sign up to adsense to get paid from their ads on my hubs? When can I sign up? Thankyou to anyone that can help. I too am new to hubpages and am trying to figure this all out. I am pretty confused but refuse to give up as my passion is writing and I have a lot to say!

My main adsense income is from my websites, but I see every day my hubpage channel has generated some cents.

Yes, I also make money from adsense, but it takes awhile for it to snowball. Also, adsense only pays out when your balance reaches $100. In my case since I only write occasionally, it took 11 months for me to get my first check, six months to get my second $100, three months for the third one and now is appears I will get one in two months. However if you are a writing machine like triosol or Whitney05, write on relevant topics that draw higher paying ads, and build up a huge following over 800 followers you will probably do much better than I have done so far. smile.

Keyword research with Google Ad Words free keyword tool. You have to sign up for it,but if already signed up for Ad Sense then it's quick to do. There are many Hubs by experienced people on here that you should read to learn how to decipher the information properly and the process of finding great keywords/keyword phrases.

Okies, i will look into the keyword tool.
I have read so many helpful hubs but it all just gets muddled up! It is hard to take it all in.
          Thanks for your help smile

Is Hubpages really give you income from Adsense?

No. Google Adsense gives me shared revenue. HubPages gives me the platform for earning. wink

I'm only 16 and AdSense says I have to be at least 18, which really sucks. Is there any others I can earn money with where I don't have to be 18?

Triond.com pays you by PayPal and I don't think you have to be over 18.

Actually, cmiller, I think you have to be 18 to join HP. The minimum age for Helium is only 13, however. If you want to know more, you can email me via my HP profile.

Yes, you really can earn money here from Adsense. I'll make around $500 this month, and if I did more promoting of my hubs, I'd earn much more.
