   After I ate dinner which was chicken and dumplings,  I had some cookies and milk.  I wasn't going to add all of that, but it said my answer was to short, sorry.

   Last night, about 19:00, I knocked up a pasta sauce:
   garlic, red onion, red chilli, orange bell pepper, courgette, all coarse chopped and quick fried in olive oil, chopped tomatoes and water added to the pan and simmered while the pasta cooked, added basil and oregano.  Served on penne pasta, al dente, sizzled with sun dried tomato antipasti and pieces of Stilton cheese crumbled on top.
