I wake up feeling tired, every day.It doesn´t seem to matter what time I go to bed.. If I wake many times during the night or sleep right through , for some reason , I still wake every morning wishing it was NOT time to get up.

Definitely. I always wake up groggy and sluggish even if its pretty late in the morning. The only thing that can really wake me up is a couple strong shots of coffee.

Following good sleep habits is always a struggle.  I always want to stay up later even though I know that my body needs the extra rest.

I know I don't get enough sleep at night. And the daytime
'shut-eye' naps  (maybe 5 minutes) don't cut it. You can't really 'make up' for lost sleep. My body has a 5:30-6:AM alarm clock, and no matter what time I hit the sack, I'm up at that hour.

Chronic pain keeps me up and my doc and I've tried addressing those issues with no luck. My motto: "KEEP ON PLUGGING AWAY!"

Oh for sure..........on those times, that my body demands its due rest........I am ridiculed by my own family for how late I slept!

In my own home, it has from time to time been a bone of contention.

Let me go on for hours and days and days..........all is well, but let me take a day to sleep until my body naturally awakens, and they call me "lazy".  They accuse me of not wanting to get up, and wasting a day, forgetting, the hours that I put in before this day of rest.

Sometimes I feel that way. When I eat right and exercise daily I seem to sleep better.

Sure, lots of times I feel like I barely slept at all.  I find that when I am stressed or have caffiene too late I am awake and have a lot of trouble getting to sleep, much less staying that way!

Some people can get by on less sleep than others, too.  I do better on btwn 7 & 9 hours, when I can get it.

Thanks for all the replies.   I usually try to get 8 hours of sleep.  When I don't get that for a couple of days in a row, I can really feel it, and have to make up with extra sleep.  There is also a higher chance of getting colds when lack of sleep.

I almost never get less than six.  I just have to start doing less things so I have more time for sleep.

    Most of us..
Because of illness, home disturbances, and lack of training to our body.
If we get our body fit in particular shedule and if it not disturbed we will get enough satisfaction of sleep.
