To find true happiness in what you do is to enjoy it while you doing it.

Ding what is right, helping others and being pure is the source of true happiness.

Don't chase happiness, instead try to find joy, along with reason and satisfaction.

Money doesn't buy love or happiness.  Happiness comes from within.  Think back to when you were a 10 year old child and were seeing the world for the first time.  When little things excited you.  We lose that ability as we gain some years, the ability to see simple things, common things and get excited about them.  It isn't the boat that makes you happy, it is the sunset, the water and the breeze and the fact that you are alive and can share them with people you love.  Don't miss your life looking for happiness.  You have happiness within yourself.

Being ri....sorry, nearly didn't read the last part.

Well, do the best that you can in whatever that you do, whether it is living life, being a good husband or running a business, and never let being the best be at the expense of someone else.

You have to learn what makes you happy, what kind of things you love and enjoy.  Also doing things for other people can bring a great sense of satisfaction.

not letting the stupid little things bother you and realizing when shit does hit the fan that its never gonna end because shit just happens so may as well make the best of it.

Happiness is an experience not an achievement. As someone said, happiness is a journey, not a destination. Keep enjoying the journey without thinking about the destination. You will be happy. It is my humble opinion that happiness cannot be classified as true or otherwise.

    GIVE LOVE TO OTHERS!
When you can make someone else happy it gives you a deep, enlightened feeling of achievement. It's something in our soul that is so easily ignored. When we are so concerned about ourselves it can cause stress and frustration, but when you put that energy into someone else who really needs it, and see them smile in appreciation, it is complete and total bliss!
    Smile. It's contagious!

Write a bunch of hubs while drinking beer, and listening to classic rock - it works for me. . .

As Bobby McFerrin would say,  "Don't Worry... Be Happy!"

Worry is interest paid on a debt before it's due.

There is no true happiness aside from a relationship with God.  There will always be a void that only He can fill.

First, not everyone reaches happiness when rich. You have to be in the middle class to be perfectly happy with your life. You don't have to have a good family. You don't need a good job. Just have a job that you like, do what you enjoy to do in life, be with people you have fun with. Get the car you like, not the million dollar one, the 15,000 dollar car. It isn't the best but you love it.
Don't expect to get things in life, love to get anything in life.

True happiness comes from the heart. So, if your heart enjoys what you are doing then you have earned yourself the happiness. It is just like when I buy something (not expensive sort of stuff), I found myself having a sense of happiness. It is a true happiness from my heart. It is also like when I first met my wife, it is true happiness.

Accept yourself as you are.  However you are, be you rich or poor, well educated or schooled in the academy of hard knocks, have you much or have you little.

Accept yourself without blaming others for your shortcomings.  It really is just that simple.

Make something/someone the most important part of your life.

And then, as long as you still have that something/someone, no matter what happens to you, you can still be happy.

When choosing that something/someone, I recommend choosing something that won't let you down.  Otherwise, you're going to achieve true unhappiness.
