   How do you choose the topics for your hubs?

   Sometimes I get ideas from reading other hubs and questions.  Sometimes I just think of them on my own.  Sometimes just going about my day gives me ideas.

   I write about topics I'm comfortable sharing.  Sometimes I write based on my mood.  I recently wrote several hubs about sunburn because I currently have one.  If it interests me, I research and write about it.

   The Hubs I post are nearly always topics I am passionate about. I write on HubPages purely because I have a message I wish to spread.

   I do a search on SEOBook on topics where I have experience and look for the long tail keywords. When I find a topic that interests me and has good SEO potential, I go for it! I keep a running  lists of about 100+ long tail keywords to overcome that dreaded "writer's block" moment when I'm stuck for ideas.

   I just go for what interests me at the time - not really good at the money making angle yet, maybe I will get better at that later on.  For me, it's just great to be doing something creative for a change.  My work is so stressful and non-creative, so I am just grateful to have this outlet open to me - if I make any money at all out of it then that's a bonus.

    I usually just write about what I know, regardless of keywords. I find it more therapeudic to just write, rather than worry about monetizing. That said, if I know a subject that happens to be a good one that people will read, that's just a bonus. :-)

    I write about both,things i am passionate about and things which can generate good traffic. but i don't like to hub about something i don't know about just for the sake of getting traffic because it will lack congruency.I prefer to get myself educated on that topic through net and then write on it.here is my hub on this topic: http://hubpages.com/hub/IDEAS-TO-BLOG-ABOUT

    I choose topics which I know very well, and if that topic is helpful or interesting then I write down hub hoping that it will generate good traffic and also this topic will helpful to visitors.

    Whatever topic that comes to mind. Of course then I think whether I have the ability to write on that particular subject. If the answer I find affirmative and I am in a good mood, I just go ahead.

    I have been getting great ideas from the questions posted on HubPages!  I love the "make a hub about it" button!  When I first started blogging a couple of weeks ago I just asked myself what I'm passionate about or what's on my mind right now, and then I wrote a hub about that topic!  Most of all, I try to make sure what I write would be interesting or helpful to someone else!

    The main guidance  that direct me to a topic that I will write as my hub is my holy book, Al-Qur'anul Kariem. The verses in the holy book always give me inspiration on what to write. Usually, after getting an idea, I will look for some additional information from other sources that will enrich my idea later, just say from radio, television, newspapers, magazines, books from library or book stores, or the information from some sites in internet.
