   I've listened to some very convincing EVP's, (Electric Voice Phenomenon) which are just as good in my opinion.
   
   My team has also had a number of K2 sessions, which would indicate that a presence was making the lights shine on command. (Yes, the circumstances were carefully controlled.)

   Well, I don't know if it was a ghost or anything but for a long time the same man would appear in my dreams and sometimes I would feel as though he was "present" around me or in my house. I thought I was being haunted, I had no clue what was going on.

   yes, when I was younger I experienced it many times, but only once did I see a shadow figure and it frightened me beyond belief. I had just gone to bed and when I looked up, the figure was standing in my doorway. I called out to my mom and it actually laughed a very deep, throaty laugh. I threw the covers over my head. At first I thought it was my mom playing a joke on me (not sure why) but when I asked her about it the next morning she denied knowing anything about it. And actually, the figure filled the entire doorway, my mom only stands about 5 feet tall. so that was my scariest experience.

   I haven't, in the physical sense, but one of my sisters, who was extremely skeptic has, and I have never seen her so scared. We were living in Florence, Italy at the time. It was a new, beautiful building of six or seven floors and we lived on the fourth floor. One summer evening she was leaning on an open window sill, as we often do in Italy, just to look at the traffic and the people strolling down the street. The window also overlooked a building, probably hundres of years old, but we never thought anything of it. I don't know if the ghost she saw belonged to that old building, but it was obviously able to float, because she saw it approaching her in mid-air. She only saw the top half of the ghost and it was, according to her description, spectral. We were in the living room on the other side of the apartment, when suddenly we heard a loud scream and saw her barge into the room where we were assembled watching TV, wide-eyed and pale as a sheet. That was totally uncharacteristic of her. Of course I couldn't resist poking fun of her because she had been such a staunch skeptic. Eventually glass water bottles started shattering in our hands, and other strange things started happening.
