   Why do baby cry? Any definite reason
   
   We often witness that babies used to cry often without any particular reason also.Any idea why it happens actually?

   Babies always have a reason. Even "colicy" babies who were thought to cry for no reason are now thought to cry because of sensitive stomachs. Either they are hungry, have a dirty diaper, are too hot, too cold, in an uncomfortable position, or just lonely. As they get older and start being more observant, babies can also become bored if they've been doing the same thing for too long.

   To show life.That is the only that they can express themselves when they are born. It is a way of speaking.

   Babies cry to communicate because that is their only verbal skill.  They cry when they are hungry, cold, alone, lonely or just need the warmth of being held.  Once they begin to talk they can verbalize what they need instead of merely crying.

   Babies are human beings with emotions and feelings.
   The verbal skills of babies and infants are not developed yet ,
   therefore crying and making different sounds is their way of
   communicating to their parents or caregiver.
   The sounds of crying communicates when they are wet, hungry,
   sleepy and they even cry out when they are in pain.

   Babies don't have many other options to show their emotions I guess but to cry and smile. Too small babies stick to crying more than the smile i would say.
   
   Well if why they do that in exact relevance would be cause they are made like that and all are made like that. There is a limiting factor built in small babies to make them understand what crying is or what smiling is not.
   
   Though when a baby does so no matter how much he/she goes on with it, the mom never gets tired of keeping her under control. That's the beauty of a baby and mother relation i suppose. And then the baby stops crying too.
