Hahah. Well in my opinion Nutrisystem. You can read my hub on it. any diet plan will work if you stick with it. Problem is you gotta find what you can stick with.  Ihave used nutrisystem with great success

Slim Fast has always worked for me. I tend to forget to eat breakfast and find that drinking one of their shakes first thing in the morning works for me. I like the rest of the diet layout as well.

None of these.  You are what you eat....healthy eating and fitness is a lifestyle not a before summer frenzy.  Expend what you consume... works every time!

Agh no offense but screw all that stuff! They just teach you how to cheat eat and eat certain amounts. I have seen so many people fall off those plans. It is all about a lifestyle change. No sweets, no processed foods. That stuff is all so bad for you. Take a look at something like the paleo diet or even check out the engine 2 diet which is really a whole food vegan diet. Great info on both, but I think these other systems just set you up for failure.

Of the two, I think Weight Watchers is more flexible, affordable, and likely to succeed.   But generally following a healthy diet of primarily veggies and fruit will make you lose weight - no rules, no measuring - just balance.

rutley has it right.  We need to burn more calories than we take in to make weight loss a reality.  A good plan, of healthy, close to natural foods seem to work best.  At least when I have been successful dieting-that is what worked for me.

Commercial plans tend to make me rebel against myself and I fly off the diet.

I lost most of my weight(I still have some pounds to lose) by working out with my xbox 360 and YSFE. I also changed my diet. I'm now completely vegan. I eat the "plant strong" way following Rip Esselstyn's Engine 2 Diet. I have SO much more energy than I had a year ago. (And I'm gettin skinny!) The other main thing, that I actualy just started, is juicing. I tend to juice for snacks mostly. But dang the juice gives me an almost narcotic ZING! In fact, I just cleaned 2 rooms of my house in an hour. (And they sparkle!) Plant strong is the only way for me.

I also use UFC Trainer for workouts. Really good stuff and I force myself to workout a minimum of 4 days a week. Usually 5 days a week though.

I feel that Weight Watches is the healthier choice if you eat the foods they suggest and control your point, calorie intake.  NutriSystem's foods are far to high in sodium to be considered healthy.  Heart patients are not supposed to have high sodium NutrSystem would be out of the question for them.  in fact, a person on Weight Watchers should be careful if they choose the frozen dinners, desserts as well.  At least with Weight Watchers you can eat all healthy foods and not worry about the sodium.
