    What are dreams made of?

Do you dream? If you do, do you think they have any meaning?

I mostly daydream.  Remembering my sleeping dreams is difficult.  Dreams are very interesting to study.

Dreams are imaginary thoughts of a person which they think in the core of the heart or always think of achieving. However some dreams help to change the life of the person and some are better to be forgotten. They can also be treated as the imagination of the person which he or she wants or wanted to do in life but due to the huddles in the life had left them behind.

The ponderings of our overly active mind trying to solve all the problems we took on that day.  That is one train of thought I've been told.  In dream sleep research they say we all dream or we are suppose to anyway.
I love to dream, in the daytime anyway!
They have meaning if you can get into the habit of writing them down and remembering longer portions of them, then a pattern begins to emerge.
Sometimes, especially in the spring, people have flying dreams, they still tend to scare me awake before I can discover anything, darn it!

Some dreams are what we are thinking in the day while others maybe some of our fears. Sometimes we do have what you called as soul traveling. When this happens, you will notice that certain places you have never been before seems familiar. That is due to soul traveling.

Certain dreams have its own meaning. It can be certain things that may happen in the near future. Others may just be of no meaning.

    Dreams are made of,

    Sweet memories,
    Loved one's hugs and kisses,
    A kind gentle caress,
    Nature's wonders,
    Memories to cherish,
    Books read and enjoyed,
    Frightening scary movies,
    Things done without a choice,
    Of friends and enemies,
    News watched on TV,
    Movies with popcorn,
    Event turn arounds,
    Over eating, icecreams,
    Chocolates and delicious treats,
    All these make my dreams.

Dreams are a part of what we go through during the day and during our life. Makes no sense to me.
