    Which is your favourite dream?

My favorite dream was one in which I felt levitating myself in the middle of the night. It was at around four o´clock in the morning, when I opened my eyes and found myself a few inches from the ceiling. This dream, which I still doubt if it was a real dream or not lasted for around 2 minutes, during which I saw my own body lying in the bed while my other me was watching him. The memory of that dream accompanied me throughout all my teen age years; however, I still can remember it.

I could not tell if it was real or not. It´s one of those dreams that everybody has had, where you can not say if you´re awake or asleep. It was strange for me; however, I have read stories about people who have had body detachments.

I was shocked, and I wanted to tell this to someone, but unfortunately, I was not able to articulate any word. I remained in that state until my other me returned and took its place inside of the physical me.

Months after my 30th birthday after wondering for so long why I couldn't picture myself any older than I am now, I dreamed of myself and my husband as older, gray haired people on a porch swing in our house on the hills of Tennessee watching my grown daughter pull up in our driveway and walk up the drive with my grandchildren.  It's my favorite dream because it gives me hope of a future.  Even as early as 30 with my children at ages 8 and 10 do I dream of a day when I am old and gray and have grandchildren!  It gives me hope.

My favorite dream which I got only once in my life at the age of 7 was of Jesus as a child tending to a herd of sheep. At 56 I still fondly remember that dream.
